I am driven by a deep desire to create spaces that touch people the moment they step inside — spaces that spark a sense of joy, lightness, and belonging. Places where even the simplest everyday moments feel special, where a quiet sense of comfort and calm can unfold naturally.
After decades of working as a designer I felt a growing need to move beyond products and shape entire atmospheres. Starting in the late 90´s with children rooms, I founded add it interior architecture as a way to bring this vision to life — to design spaces that are not only seen, but truly felt.

BEHIND THE PROJECT
Behind every add it+ project is a team of people who share a fascination for spaces, materials and the way they shape how we live.
Our backgrounds and expertise are different - spanning creative direction, interior architecture, design, technical planning, controlling and project management.
What unites us is a common understanding of quality and the belief that exceptional interiors emerge when creativity and precision are given equal attention.
Led by Esther Weise, we work collaboratively rather than sequentially. Designers and technical planners exchange ideas from the beginning, while project management keeps an eye on the realities of cost, timing and implementation.
This means that a beautiful idea is never considered in isolation from how it will eventually be made.
Beyond our own team, we work closely with a trusted network of architects, engineers, specialist planners, manufacturers and craftsmen. We value these relationships because the quality of the final result depends on the quality of every contribution along the way.
For our clients, this creates something particularly valuable: a small, dedicated team that understands the project
as a whole, remains personally involved and carries its original vision through to completion.
